At the first of the year I hired a personal trainer, someone to help me hold myself accountable and to reach my goals. He has also helped me improve my overall eating habits. I wouldn't say that they are perfect but they are much better than they were in the past.
Today I took that extra step to get my motivation back. I went to the gym with my trainer and not only did I work out with him I also ran for thirty minutes on the treadmill. We have talked before about the amount of exercise that is healthy to do in one day. After our workout we checked out this organic place on York that was so yummy! I definitely recommend it's called The Green Bean Cafe. Everything is organic and you can seriously taste the difference. I went home and relaxed for a few before I did another short 30 minute work out. It's my time to make a difference in my health and in my body and this is the time to do it!
I hope to reach my goals by December this year but I have set realistic goals for the next few weeks. We will see how it goes and I will definitely post pictures for all to see the difference!
